Wheeler Ave. vs Jackson St.

Can I use my class credits at both the Jackson and Wheeler locations?

Ah, if only. Credits are not interchangeable between the two locations — think of them as studio-specific currency. The pricing is different, and currently, the Wheeler Reformer studio doesn’t offer memberships.

Will I see all my classes under one account?

Yes! One account to rule them all. All your reservations — no matter the studio — will show up in one place

Why are classes at the Wheeler location pricier than Jackson Street?

Our Wheeler Ave. space is like the boutique hotel of Pilates. Only 6 reformers, lots of personalized attention, and a vibe so chill it practically stretches for you. It’s basically a semi-private session without the scary price tag.

Is the cancellation policy the same as Jackson Street?

Not quite. At Wheeler, we ask for cancellations at least 6 hours before class — which gives us time to fill your spot and you time to change your mind. (See POLICIES below)

How does the waitlist work?

Same as you know and hopefully love. You can be added to a class up to 30 minutes before it starts, so keep an eye on your status. It’s like Pilates roulette — but with grippy socks. (See POLICIES below)

What do I need to bring?

Just yourself and a pair of grippy socks (required, because sliding off a Reformer isn’t cool). We’ll handle the rest — equipment, vibes, and the occasional pep talk.

What even is Reformer Pilates?

Great question:

Reformer Pilates is a full-body workout done on a piece of equipment called (wait for it)... the Reformer. It’s a bed-like frame with springs, pulleys, and a sliding carriage that adds resistance to traditional Pilates movements.

It’s strength-building, core-firing, flexibility-boosting magic — minus the jumping and plus a lot of slow, controlled movement that looks easy but literally makes muscles shake.

Perfect for all levels, whether you're a Pilates newbie or a seasoned ab-warrior. Bonus: it’s incredibly satisfying and a little addictive.

Will there be heat? And what kind of heat are we talking about?

Yes indeed — the Wheeler studio will be warmed with infrared panels, which means you’ll feel cozy, gently warmed from the inside out. Infrared heat helps muscles loosen up, improves circulation, and makes your Pilates glow-up feel even more luxurious.

Policies

BOOKING

Classes can be booked from our class schedule tab and can be reserved up to 14 days in advance.

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel online or on our app. Please cancel at least 3 hours before class starts for Jackson St., or 6 hours before class starts for Wheeler Ave. to avoid being charged a $10.00 penalty fee and losing your credit. A "no-show" fee is the same loss in a credit and a fee of $10.00.

We know and understand that things come up which is why our cancellation policy is so generous, please be respectful of our policy and do your best to take yourself out of a class as soon as you know you can’t make it.

WAITLIST

If a class is full, you can choose to be added to the waitlist. If you get a spot, you will receive a confirmation email confirming you were added up to 30 minutes before the class starts.

Hot Vinyasa and Vinyasa Freeflow heated up to 110 degrees
Hot Barre sKulpt and Hot Pilates on or about 105 degrees
Cardio sKulpt approx 95 degrees
Restorative Flow heated up to 95 degrees
Hot Mat Pilates heated up to 105 degrees

EQUIPMENT

We will provide everything you need for class, the only thing we ask you to bring is a great attitude. All classes can be taken barefoot, cardio sKulpt is often taken wearing sneakers.

PARKING

There are multiple lots located close to the Sweat New York studio - some are free of charge and others you will need quarters or can pay by downloading the Pango app.

Embody Sculpt

ExhiLARAte

ExhiLARAte is an energizing blend of agility, dance, and strength training that keeps you challenged yet motivated. Heated Sculpt

An upbeat, full-body mat class for all levels. Get ready to move nonstop in this low-impact, high-energy workout that builds strength, tones from head to toe, and boosts endurance. With the help of props, you’ll flow through intentional, balanced movement that leaves you feeling strong, sweaty, and empowered.

Hot Barre

Held in our heated and humidified studio, this low-impact, high-energy class combines targeted barre exercises, weight training and core conditioning. You will quiver and sweat while building endurance and lengthening and strengthening every muscle group. Hot Barre will leave you feeling lean, strong and rejuvenated. All Levels Welcomed. Hot Vinyasa Free Flow

Plank, Pulse, Repeat - Reformer

Plank. Pulse. Repeat. This barre-infused Reformer class delivers deep, targeted burn through small, controlled movements—think endless pulses, precision planks, and the kind of shake that means it’s working. In just 50 minutes, you’ll sculpt from the inside out. With only 6 Reformers in our Wheeler Ave. studio, you’ll get the attention of a private session and the energy of a sweaty little party. Reformer Foundation Flow

A yoga-inspired, full-body class that blends mindful movement with classical Pilates to build strength, length, and balance—enhanced by our signature infrared heat. Wheeler Ave. location ONLY. Grip socks required.

Restorative Flow

Restorative Flow Yoga is a gentle, slow paced practice designed to promote deep relaxation and muscle rejuvenation. This heated class (90-95 degrees) focuses on holding poses in stillness for extended periods ( up to 5 minutes). The practice incorporates breath work and meditation. You'll be leaving feeling refreshed and restored. Jackson Ave. location ONLY

In The Studio

MATS AND TOWELS

We supply mats for all classes. We ask that all students wipe down their mats after class in preparation for the next student.

HYDRATION

It’s important to hydrate for class, so be sure to bring water or purchase some at the front desk. You can also order your favorite drink when you make a reservation so it’s waiting for you after class.

CELL PHONES

To make sure all students have the best experience, cell phones are not allowed in the studio. If you need to be reachable during class, our front desk staff will be happy to answer your phone. At Sweat we want everyone to get the most out of our 60-minute classes so we also ask that you please do not answer calls or texts from your watch during class.

CLOTHING

Choose moisture-wicking, antimicrobial clothing that is close fitting, like leggings.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Our studio and equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every use to help keep our Sweat community healthy and safe.
